Elle is Founder, Ellevate. She is a Certified Coach providing an original strengths and communication methodology rooted in design thinking and her studio practice as a painter.
She is Associate Professor & Founding Faculty, MBA Design Strategy California College of the Arts, San Francisco teaching her original communication course “Live Exchange”.

Elle has had a meditation practice for 25 years and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where it’s perfectly okay to call yourself a Design Thinking Catalyst.
